This is a new area of Mr. Peters practice. Mr. Peters successfully stopped the sinking of a decommissioned battleship in Howe Sound. He is now working with another group of home owners to stop the sinking of the same vessel in another part of Howe Sound.
Mr. Peters has also defended those charged pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act, the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and the Customs Act. Such charges involve pollution, transporting dangerous cargo and smuggling.
